Jordan M. Moss
Jordan Moss is a co-founder and Principal of Westbridge Properties. Prior to creating Westbridge, Jordan spent five years at Fowler Property Acquisitions ("FPA"), first in the San Francisco Bay Area and later in Seattle, Washington. As Vice President of Acquisitions, Jordan opened FPA'is Pacific Northwest office and negotiated the successful acquisition of more than $300 million of investment real estate throughout the Western United States. A graduate of the University of California at Davis, Jordan received his Bachelor of Science, with honors, in Economics. While at Davis, Jordan played four years of basketball for the Aggies and was nominated as an NCAA Academic All-America. Jordan resides in San Francisco.
Jonathan H. Soffer
Jonathan Soffer is a co-founder and Principal of Westbridge Properties. Prior to creating Westbridge, Jonathan formed Regency Capital Partners, a real estate investment banking firm in San Francisco that arranges both debt and equity to finance investment real estate throughout the United States. Previously, Jonathan served as a Director of the San Francisco Capital Markets Unit at Cohen Financial and as a Director at E.S. Merriman & Sons. Jonathan began his finance career in the San Francisco office of George Smith Financial/Grubb & Ellis where he originated approximately $1.5 billion of financings. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and his Master of Laws from the University of San Diego. He is a graduate of the California Western School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California. Jonathan has invested in both multifamily and commercial property for more than 20 years and has arranged the financing for more than $2 billion of real estate transactions. His longstanding relationships with debt and equity sources and his significant understanding of the capital markets gives Westbridge a unique competitive advantage.
Anthony Hay
Anthony Hay is a co-founder and Principal of Westbridge Properties. Prior to creating Westbridge, Anthony has acquired, renovated and developed a wide variety of property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, mixed-use and land. Anthony'is current portfolio includes various assets throughout the western United States and New York. Anthony graduated summa cum laude from Boston University and holds a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Kevin Skiles
Kevin Skiles joins Westbridge Properties as the Director of Asset Management. Kevin has over ten years of experience developing and managing commercial and multi-family assets as a manager, principal and consultant. As both a licensed Architect and graduate of MIT's Master of Real Estate program, Kevin has a comprehensive understanding of real estate valuation and can effectively implement renovation and repositioning strategies. Prior to joining Westbridge Properties, he founded the Urban Building Workshop, an award winning real estate development firm focused on creating infill multi-family projects in California's urban markets. During his career, he has managed over $50 Million worth of renovation and new construction projects. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Michigan and lives in San Francisco with his family.
